$1 Million Bond Set for Corey Franklin

Las Cruces—Corey Franklin, 23, was arraigned in district court yesterday and bond was set at $1 million by Judge Darren Kugler.
On February 5, 2015 Franklin was indicted on charges including 1st Degree Murder for the death of Graciela Hernandez on January 21, 2015. Other charges included Kidnapping and Tampering with Evidence.

Franklin allegedly stabbed Hernandez, his girlfriend, multiple times then dragged the victim to the bedroom where he left her for over 18 hours.
