Leonard Telles First Degree Murder Case Begins

On January 20, 2015 the case against Leonard Telles began in district court. In December 2013 a grand jury indicted Telles on charges of first degree murder, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first degree murder (willful and deliberate) and tampering with evidence in the death of Jerome Saiz in November 2013.

The trial is taking place before the honorable Judge Fernando Macias and is expected to last until January 26, 2015.

A trial date for co-defendant Rebecca Gomez has not yet been set.
